Gallery 14 is a fully climate controlled warehouse with elegant buildout. It includes around 8,607 sq of space for promising lifetime experiences. Premises is currently used as an event gallery but has many uses. Office use with wide-open floor plan, storage warehouse for items requiring temperature control, toy barn (with entertainment potential), production facility, plus many more. Ample parking on site plus additional available street-side and adjacent.
About the Spacial Aesthetic
“With tons of character, exposed brick, festoon lighting and industrial accents, we worked with experts in authentic historic renovation to let the original character of this converted warehouse shine through.
