Rentals are for the full day. Event times are 4-5 hours. If additional time is needed please contact the office
Yes , all events must end by 12 am. Additional time can be added per request.
Smoking is prohibited inside of the building, smoking must be done outside of the building ONLY.
No, please contact the office if you would like to use the outdoor space.
Set Up & Decor
We provide black and mahogany folding resin chairs, round and rectangle tables, adjustable height cocktail tables, sofas, and portable bars.
This information will be included at check-In
You can enter the building as early as 7am
Items cannot be tacked, posted, affixed or hung from the walls, ceilings or floors. You cannot move any items from the walls nor any of the large pieces of furniture. Please email us with specific questions.
Candles are not permitted with the exception of approved vendors. Please contact us for additional information.
Our round tables can seat up to 8 people, and we provide adjustable height cocktail tables that can accommodate 2 people.
Payment & Insurance
See contract for specifics. The security deposit, which is 30% of the rental fee, is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your event.
Cash, Cash App, Check and Credit Card.
All events require certificate of liability insurance. We recommend that caterers and bartenders be licensed and bonded.
Gallery 14 has the required insurance.
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing directly to Gallery 14. Should cancellation of the contact occur for any reason all monies paid including 30% booking fee and all payments made therefore, are forfeited and non refundable.
If rescheduled we can transfer all of the services to the new date for an additional $500 rebooking charge, as long as Gallery 14 was given written notice immediately after the decision is made to reschedule. If Gallery 14 is not available on the rescheduled date, or the cancelled event is not rescheduled within one year from the original event date, the event will be considered cancelled and all other provisions contained herein will apply.
Yes, A card or check will be held in the amount of $750 until after the event.
Food & Beverage
No, we do not provide in-house catering.
Yes, we provide a cash bar. Contact us for bar packages. If you provide your own liquor and bartender, insurance is required at Gallery 14. You must secure licensed bartenders.
Security
Yes, We hire security.
